We are seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, development, deployment, and implementation of our next-generation monitoring tool, as well as the company’s internal infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and take part in innovative projects for leading clients in their sector.

Main responsibilities
Systems and Infrastructure Administration: Manage Linux servers, virtual machines, physical hosts, and Docker environments, applying patches, updates, and performance tuning.
Network and Security Configuration: Configure firewalls, VPNs, and access controls, ensuring secure deployments aligned with best practices and compliance standards.
Software Installation and Deployment: Automate software installations, post-install configurations, and package deployments.
CI/CD Process Management: Maintain and enhance GitLab CI workflows for builds, testing, releases, and environment-specific deployments.
Monitoring and Observability: Operate and expand monitoring tools.
Task Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and processes to improve efficiency.
Collaboration and Support: Provide infrastructure support to developers/QA, document procedures, maintain testing environments, and assist in incident response.
Requirements / Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
Advanced Linux systems administration (Debian, RHEL and derivatives).
Ability to develop scripts and utilities in Python/Bash for monitoring, deployments, and maintenance.
Version control with Git (GitLab, GitHub).
Knowledge of networking and protocols (SNMP, HTTP, SSH, etc.).
Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Shinken, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
Experience with container environments and orchestrators (Docker Compose, Swarm).
Knowledge of automation and configuration tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Terraform).
Experience in continuous integration and deployment (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
Nice to have
Experience in Linux system hardening and security compliance.
Experience with virtualized and cloud infrastructures (Proxmox, VMware, OpenStack, Hetzner, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of resilience and high availability (clusters, replication, failover).
Experience with observability stacks: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and TICK (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf, Kapacitor).
Administration of web and proxy servers (Nginx, Apache, HAProxy, Traefik).
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB).
Experience with containerized environments and orchestrators (Kubernetes).
