What data do we collect and what do we need it for?

Manage applications for vacancies
- This is what we do when you apply to us through our employment section, or through some of the portals and social networks specialized in talent selection.
- We collect your first name, last name, your basic contact information (email address and phone number) and your Curriculum Vitae.
None of the data collected falls into the category of sensitive data and it is the user’s responsibility to enter data that truthfully corresponds to the above categories.
Moreover, WOCU Monitoring does not perform automated actions based on personal data.
How do we collect your data?
On the website, WOCU Monitoring always collects your personal data through forms, in which you must indicate that you have read our Privacy Policy, and accepted the mandatory conditions to continue.
On other occasions, we may collect your information if you provide it to us over the phone or hand us a business card in person during a meeting or other type of gathering, such as a trade show, event, etc. We may also ask for your explicit consent. In these cases we will also ask for your explicit consent.

How do we justify the processing of your data?
The GDPR admits 6 circumstances that give legitimacy to the processing of your personal data.

The processing carried out to Communicate events and news and Manage applications for vacancies, are always carried out under your prior explicit and duly informed consent, expressed unequivocally.
Who collaborates with us in the processing of your data?
In order to carry out the various data processing operations indicated above, we rely on the assistance of a number of suppliers with whom we must share your data, for which we have a contract that regulates the relationship between WOCU Monitoring (as Data Controller) and each of the suppliers (as Data Processor).
Common to all treatments
- For data storage and technological support of data processing we use the CRM services of Hubspot. Hunspot is an entity within the program “EU-US
- Privacy Shield”; based in the United States, with whom we have a contract for the processing of data that meets the sufficient guarantees in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Supplier will keep the above mentioned data for the duration of the service contract and then it will be stored in a blocked manner, for 6 years after its termination, for fiscal, administrative and legal purposes.
Specifically for the following treatments

- Platforms to organize webinars (xxxxxxx)
- Communicate events and news
- Platforms for emailing (Salesforce and HubSpot)
- Manage applications for vacancies
- We do not use any other supplier in addition to those listed above.
What are your rights?
Your personal data is yours. You decide what to do with it, with the only limitation of the legal obligations that WOCU Monitoring may have for the fact of having provided and used it temporarily.
You have the right to:
- Know what they are used for, the retention period, that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and if there are automated decisions or profiling based on your data.

- Request a copy of all your personal data.

A3Sec is obliged to verify your identity and respond within one month. The first time you exercise each of your rights, the management will be free of charge. On subsequent occasions, WOCU Monitoring reserves the right to request a fee to cover the associated costs.
Can I file a complaint?
If you believe that A3Sec is not treating your personal data properly or has not responded appropriately to a request to exercise your rights, we will be happy to hear from you by emailing your request to ‘dataprotection@ wocu-monitoring.com’.
If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data in Spain.
