What’s New in v.0.40
Below are the highlights of version 0.40 of WOCU Monitoring.
We continue to add value to WOCU and increase its usability by incorporating new features. Such as filtering Alarms (Problems) by incident duration, allowing evaluation and action based on their criticality and controlling the impact of each alert on business processes; or adding new workspaces with the new Dashboards tab, reserved for exporting and integrating dashboards created in external tools, but for complementary use to WOCU.

This version includes significant improvements regarding Asset configuration. Among others, the ability to exclude a specific service from a particular Device, without having to remove the entire monitoring pack.

Also, thanks to the new Differences action in the Pending Assets list, the user is provided with a comparative table between versions of Devices that have been rediscovered after the launch of a new task and present variations in their configuration. Both functions greatly enhance the monitoring options for Assets.

Furthermore, we continue to update the tool’s appearance, with new aesthetic changes that display an even clearer and cohesive design.
In parallel, our Monitoring Packs catalog continues to grow steadily with new packs and services, as well as the refactoring of numerous WOCU components to REACT technology.
Lastly, regarding the documentation we provide, we continue to enrich our User Manual with new use cases that streamline the management of WOCU.
In conclusion, in this latest version, we continue to work on maintaining the solidity of the operational flow, as in addition to quickly and efficiently centralizing all data regarding the state of IT infrastructures, it is possible to control adverse situations during monitoring and react in a proactive manner.
Without leaving behind the integration of various market needs that continue to position WOCU as the strategic tool that covers all monitoring requirements that an operator needs to have complete control over a technological network.
