The availability of assets within the monitored technological infrastructure is one of the main indicators for measuring their performance and operability. As mentioned in the blog post about the new features of Release 0.38, a new Availability Period Report has been integrated into WOCU, further exploring the availability data collected. This report allows configuring and obtaining the periods of operability (availability and unavailability) of devices and services that meet the established configuration criteria.
Have you ever wondered:

- Which devices were down for more than 5 consecutive hours last month?
- How long did it take for my provider to resolve the incident?
- What was the maximum service downtime during intervention X?
Report Configuration
Before diving into details, it’s worth noting that the configuration flexibility is extensive and can be adapted to almost any need. In addition to the common parameters with the Availability Report, this report integrates the following set of fields:
- Availability: configuration parameter for displaying assets based on their availability.
- Duration Threshold: configuration of the threshold for the availability and/or unavailability time period.
- Grouping: configuration parameter for grouping the entire availability periods of a specific asset.

Editing and Exporting from the Report View
This report allows for editing the period configuration and exporting to PDF and JSON from the generated report view. It’s as convenient and easy as changing any available parameter at the top of the main panels. The new results will be instantly displayed in the relevant lists 😀
