WOCU-Monitoring – LICENSE OF USE
Software License Terms for “WOCU-Monitoring FREE EDITION”
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “User”) and WOCU-Monitoring S.L. (the “Developer”) for the use of the free WOCU-Monitoring FREE EDITION software (the “Software”).
By using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
License Grant
The Developer grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Restrictions
The User agrees not to:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the Software to third parties.
- Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Proprietary Rights
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of the Developer. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to the Software, except for the limited right to use granted by this Agreement.
No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and the Developer makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Term and Termination
This Agreement becomes effective on the date of installation of the Software and remains in effect until terminated by the User or the Developer. The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software. The Developer may terminate this Agreement in case of a breach by the User.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or legal action related to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Madrid, Spain. The parties involved in this Agreement expressly agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that any litigation related to this Agreement will be brought before them.
Third-Party Software
The Software may include third-party components or libraries (“Third-Party Software”) that are subject to additional terms and conditions. The User agrees and acknowledges that the use of Third-Party Software is subject to the license terms and conditions provided by the respective suppliers of such Third-Party Software. The User is responsible for complying with those license terms and conditions.
The Developer does not provide any warranties or assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the Third-Party Software, including its quality, performance, security, or compatibility with the Software. The User agrees that any issue or claim related to the Third-Party Software should be addressed directly to the provider of the Third-Party Software.
Community Support
The Developer offers technical support through an online community or user forums dedicated to the Software. The User acknowledges that support provided through the community is voluntary and does not constitute a contractual obligation of the Developer.
The User may seek help and ask questions about using the Software in these community resources. However, the Developer does not guarantee the continued availability of these resources or the accuracy of the answers provided by other community members.
The User is responsible for verifying and following the community guidelines and rules established by the Developer and agrees to be respectful and collaborative when interacting with other users in the community.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, close, or remove any community resource at any time, without prior notice.
The User agrees that any information shared in the community may be visible to other users and should avoid sharing confidential or personal information through these resources.
Changes to the Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the Developer’s website or included in a Software update. The User agrees to periodically review this Agreement to be aware of any changes.
By using the Software, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Software.
WOCU-Monitoring FREE EDITION is a product of WOCU-Monitoring S.L.
